The County Solid Waste Management Planning Committee is responsible for the preparation of the solid waste management plan of the county. The Committee must review the plan at least annually and submit to the State of Kansas any recommendations for revision of the plan and hold a public hearing at least every five years on the plan and future goals of solid waste management in the county. |
