City of Leavenworth does not require a Business license or Contractors license for General Contractors

What is a "home renovation"?

Home renovation means the remodeling, altering, renovating, repairing, restoring, modernizing, moving, demolishing, or otherwise improving or modifying of the whole or any part of any residential or non-commercial property.

Information required for Home Renovation permits include the following:

Floor plan

Estimated cost of construction
